What I liked? Clean and well maintained rooms at reasonable price. Late night room service during check-in. Prompt Housekeeping What I did not like? Nobody will answer your phone call on the number provided in google. They won't take your food order over phone if you're planning to get a quick meal upon arrival -you'll have to wait (but probably you can still live with it)

The hotel was amazing and the staff was ridiculously nice, caring, and very generous. We loved the Indian Food most! The hotel had great service as well as great food! Definitely, the whole package made our stay more magical! Thank you!

I was a guest in room number 209, where Ms MADHUSMITHA from housekeeping was in charge . She is a very well behaved and knowledgeable person knowing how to look after the needs of the guests. Good knowledge of English and a very soft spoken person. I wish her all the best in her endeavours for her career and life. And would like to rate if possible a 8 out of 10.

I went to my friend's wedding n stayed as guest for 2 days, at first the staff's behaviour was nice but when we checked out they become so damn rude. They charged us a lot of money for each n every thing that we used which was not stated earlier when we checked in. I was really really upset becoz it was my friend's wedding n everything was superb but at the end it become my worst nightmare. Don't ever visit it n stay here! It's pathetic. And the managers behaviour was the rudest n the worst

Pathetic behaviour n the worst check out nightmare u can ever imagine. Had to pay more than 4k even for things which other hotels doesn't even bother to check. Have been to a lot of places n stayed overnight, but the experience which I had here was the worst. Will not recommend even my enemies to stay here!
